- The Poverty Challenge is an educational activity that helps people understand the reasons for homelessness. The activity is appropriate for groups up to 15 people, ages 12 to adult and takes approximately 1 hour to complete. If you are interested in having us speak or do this poverty simulation with your class or club free of charge, contact Ellen at ellen@mompop.org.
- Visit the Wisconsin Council of Churches website for their Hunger on Our Doorstep curriculum and resources, including a complete 5 lesson series that you can download a pdf for free. They also have an extensive resource list of other local and national organizations, as well as local statistics on poverty.
