Sharing Christmas Program
(previously called Adopt-A-Family)

MOM will once again be providing our donors and clients in the Middleton, Wisconsin area an opportunity to share their holidays together. Through the Sharing Christmas program, MOM clients register their families by filling out a wish list (limit of $40 per person). Donor groups/families are then matched with families and the donor purchases and wraps gifts from the wish list. We encourage families to meet by having the donor family deliver the gifts directly to the recipient between December 16-22. This also helps us at the MOM office, as we are short on space and allows our staff to focus on helping families meet urgent needs that they might be facing right before the holidays. We will give the recipient families information to the donor family for you to contact – the donor recipient family will not have any of your information unless you give it to them.

We are making matches between donor families/groups and 200+ recipient families in this next month – please take the time to talk to your friends and family about joining you in Sharing Christmas. Please fill out the information below NOW and fax/send it in. For more information on the program please read the FAQ Sheet. Take the opportunity to help someone in your community this Christmas – or get a jump on your New Year’s resolution for 2007 and pledge to give more of yourself to help others throughout the entire year.
